| #1 As the Zenster noted,this probably means nothing.Buuuut,one of US diplomatic themes before Iraq War was Saddam was defying the UN and US would have to intervene to keep UN from becoming irrelevant.(Said with a straight face too,no doubling over w/laughter.) |
