"the plan of the foolish, evil-genius, occupiers is to crush their opposition". gotta love this part best: Iraq's Shi'ites, who comprise nearly two-thirds of the population, have no reason to subsidize the Sunni minority with revenues from oil wells located in their centers of ethnic preponderance. The simplest way to deal with resistance in the Sunni triangle is to break off the oil-rich Kurdish north and Shi'ite south, and let the Sunni center eat sand. Washington loses nothing by promoting an independent Kurdistan, except for Turkey's dwindling goodwill. |
