The tribes that the wanted men belonged to, namely Yargulkhel, Utmankhel and Kakakhel would keep a Rs1 million written surety bond with the government for each militant, he added. "I hope the terms will be disclosed in a few days," he added.The agreement was made hours after security forces arrested four militants in the Dilla Kula area, ISPR chief Maj Gen Shaukat Sultan told Daily Times. "One of them is wounded. We also seized weapons and the vehicle they were trying to escape in," he added. A military source said the identity of the four militants was not yet known.
