Follow-up to yesterday's post. | RIYADH - Saudi security forces killed a suspected militant in the Red Sea city of Jeddah on Saturday and confiscated weapons that were in his possession, the Saudi Interior Ministry said. The state-run Saudi Press Agency reported, quoting an unidentified Interior Ministry official, that security forces surrounded the man in his vehicle near the university quarter in the Red Sea city of Jeddah. Security forces shot and killed the man after he tried to throw a hand grenade at security personnel, the official said, who did not identify the suspect.
