| #1 Find a Chechen rebel? Manage to stumble across a Hamas lair? Discover an Al Qaida cell? The safe solution is to kill them when they are found. No capture, no incarceration. Waste 'em right then and there, and publicize it. Give the bastards a taste of their own medicine, but in an extremely stronger dose. |
