| #1 Germany? The EU already has 2 votes, and the other European vote goes to a third-rate power whose population is shrinking so fast it will be smaller than Bangladesh in another generation. Add a vote for India and Japan. Conslidate shrinking Europe's UNSC position into one seat, one vote. |
