A SUSPECTED member of Abu Sayyaf was arrested in Manila's Quiapo district on Friday, police said. Joint elements from the police and the Philippine navy arrested Tammy Imam alias Alex Cabuatan, 32, at the Islamic Center on Carlos Palanca Street at around 3:45 p.m., Chief Inspector Joselito Sta.
