#2 Just because you live in a State doesn't give them any right to tax purchases you make outside of the State. It's just too bad that you *could* have bought it in-State, but didn't. |

#1 For now, the new streamlined system is voluntary for companies that don't already have to collect the taxes, and it's hard to say how many will sign on. And why is internet commerce any different from me picking up the phone and calling in an order or filling out an order form and mailing it? A little consistancy people. |
