| #7 This means illegals in Maricopa County will get the Joe Arpaio treatment pre-trial. That should be enough. Bet those methods spread. |

| #2 Maybe it could be similar to the photo traffic ticket sent through the mail. No court time, just a picture of these guys crossing the border to be used for the crime, not needing a lawyer and all that goes with that. Enforcement would be good. |
