ALGIERS - Al Qaeda-aligned Islamic militants shot dead three civilians and wounded two others in Algeria a week voters backed an amnesty aimed at ending 13 years of violence, newspapers reported on Saturday.The victims were travelling by car when they came under fire from rebels belonging to the Salafist Group for Preaching and Combat (GSPC) late on Thursday in Jijel province, east of the capital Algiers, newspapers El Watan and El Khabar said, citing security sources. The authorities were not immediately available for comment.
