#4 Concerning the "no go zones"(tm), the latest number I heard last week on radio was 1202 for 2005, IIRC. When the police intelligence evaluation of theses areas started, they were about 100 (including 40 "hardore" where police couldn't go in anymore) in 1991, against 800 (160) ten years later. So, you see, from 100 to 800 to 1200, the situation is getting more under control by the year... |
