| #5 We all know the Russians and Chicoms will never allow Iran or any "lessor/smaller" sttae(s) the ability to challenge their own plans for hegemony - as long as the USA is the focii, they may tolerate Iran having a minutae handful of nuke devices but not and never enough to challenge let alone defeat Russia andor China.
