| #2 Standard Operating Procedure of the Paks. When accused of terrorism, throw back the accusation. Pretty soon the press reports it as "Afgahistan claims.." "Pakistan claims..". So both victim and assailant are treated equally. This worked for them against India. Look at any news report. You'll see a disclaimer about Pak providing only moral and diplomatic support and "India claims..". Never mind that it is a fact, published even in Pak newspapers that the ISI runs the terror camps. |
