(KUNA) -- A senior Indian Army officer and two gunmen were among the four people killed in an encounter Friday in Bandipore in Indian-administered Jammu and Kashmir. Lt. Col Chauhan of the Indian Army was killed in the heavy firing during the encounter. Besides, two guerrillas and a civilian were also killed, news agency Indo-Asian News Service reported. Three injured security personnel have been shifted to a hospital for treatment. The Indian security forces were carrying out further investigation, the news agency reported.*cough*ISI*cough*
