TEHRAN, July 5 (RIA Novosti) - Iran's top negotiator on the country's nuclear program said talks with the EU foreign policy supremo scheduled for Wednesday in Brussels had been postponed over a threat to the Iranian delegation from anti-Iran terrorist groups based in Europe. Iran's Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki had said earlier that Ali Larijani and Javier Solana would not hold talks, but had not given a reason for the delay.
