Women on guard

"We have to be realistic, many rapes have made summer Oslo unsafe," said Brit Opjordsmoen, leader of the DIXI resource center for rape victims.
"When we know rapists are loose in Oslo we must listen to what police say. They are right to advise women not to walk home alone after a night on the town," Opjordsmoen said.
Opjordsmoen finds it highly remarkable that Justice Minister Storberget contradicts police and advises women not to adjust their habits.
"Ideally we can all agree that girls should be able to walk freely everywhere without taking precautions but we must be realistic, society is not like this. Many girls are naive and we must be aware that many things can happen and we should take care, several rape attacks in a short time is unusual," Opjordsmoen said.
Opjordsmoen would like to see discount evening taxi fares for women, and meanwhile has plenty of advice for girls having a night out.
"Women should keep an eye on themselves and each other, walk home together or take a taxi, and avoid pirate taxis by all means. Toilets in shady neighborhoods should be avoided if alone and everyone should keep an eye on their drink so that no one can put something in it," Opjordsmoen said.
The DIXI center, which is financed by state and city funds, has figures that indicate that 85 percent of rapes are committed by someone the victim knows. The unusual thing about the Oslo rapes is that they are attacks by strangers on women returning from an evening out.
The rape center at Oslo's downtown emergency ward also notes a significant rise in the number of rapes and rape assaults by strangers, with rates twice as high as last summer.
Opjordsmoen notes that the numbers are likely higher than police believe, and knows personally of two recent assault rapes that have not been reported to police.
The DIXI center has had more than twice as many cases this July compared to last year, with most concerning young women between the ages of 15-25.

I suspect most these rapes are committed by muzzies, but the PC-encrusted Norwegian paper can't actually say that.

#3  How nice. Are they even prosecuting these guys, or is that somehow disrespectful to their culture?

#2  Better yet, move to a country that polices their streets.

#1  Take all the Norweigan women, train them for a couple of years in Karate and quick-kill while in high school. Keep the physical training up after graduation, preferably until about age 75. Watch the rape rate drop to zero.

Of course, the muslim death rate would go up correspondingly.

Doing it throughout Europe would result in a reverse-diaspora.
