| #3 Instant protracted felony prison time on charges of attempted murder without early release for good behavior and no possibility of parole. Intense scrutiny of visas issued to African individuals who have no relatives or other legitimate business connections inside the USA. This goes far beyond child abuse or torture. Charges of attempted murder must await anyone who arrives in America with the intent to mutilate young children. |
