Quetta bomb blast kills one, injures 12 |

![]() Balochistan Deputy Administrator Manzoor Kakar said the bomb had been planted in a bicycle. One eyewitness stated, “The blast was so powerful that it also broke the windowpanes of neighbouring offices.” Around four cars and six motorcycles, which were parked nearby, were also heavily damaged due to the blast. Doctors at the state run hospital where the wounded were taken said two of the casualties were in a critical condition. The injured persons were soon rushed to the Quetta Civil Hospital. There was no immediate claim of responsibility but police authorities said they were hunting for the criminals. However, they refused to single out any group for the incident. |
