KUALA LUMPUR - A Malaysian armed robber who tried to make off with a housewifeÂ’s valuables was beaten to death by passers-by who heard the victimÂ’s shouts for help, a news report said on Wednesday. The 33-year-old man, who was believed to have been responsible for a spate of other crimes including including drug abuse and motorcycle theft, died from serious injuries to the head and body.
