| #3 Big news. The Russkies have been providing weapons and technical assistance from day one of our entry. This does their hearts good as it is belated payback for our meddling in Afghanland. It does their treasury a lot of good, because it turns Mullah oil into Russsian rubles as fast as you can blink. And, they hope it gives them a heads-up on how their systems perform against US assets. Won't help the Mullahs though because this attack will be non-defensible by these systems. |

| #2 How were they delivered? Over land or sea? If over the sea, shouldn't we have a torpedo exercise that goes astray and somehow hits the ship? |

| #1 Iran is buying S-300 antiaircraft missile systems for Syria. Only time before Iran also takes delivery. |
