(SomaliNet) The security forces in Mogadishu, Somalia capital began on Wednesday investigating organized killings against the government officials including regional heads and security officers. Security sources say today that unknown armed men killed a former security officer overnight. Mohamed Mohamud Sheik Orfane was gunned down as he came out of a mosque in Wahar-adde village near SOS hospital in north of Mogadishu. Reports say that the killing was carried out by two men dressed in a government soldiers uniform who escaped unharmed.
