| Ghazi should surrender: Fazl |

| Abdul Rashid Ghazi should surrender to the government instead of resisting the operation, Maulana Fazlur Rehman, opposition leader in the National Assembly, said on Friday. “This way, many innocent people trapped in Lal Masjid and Jamia Hafsa will be saved,” he said. Rehman spoke with Daily Times early on Friday morning as he was leaving for Islamabad. The main point of discussion at the conference will be how to make the Constitution and democracy in Pakistan functional. The general elections, judicial crisis and international and domestic dangers for Pakistan will also be discussed. |
