Siniora made the call in a televised address to the nation marking the first anniversary of the July 12 cross-border raid by Hizbullah operatives who kidnapped two Israeli soldiers into Lebanon sparking a devastating 34-day war with the Jewish state that killed 1,200 civilians, displaced nearly one million people and wrecked the nation's infrastructure. |
