| #9 (formerly RJB in JC MO) I guess I don't understand the surprise in this by anyone. I personally have always felt Putin was an evil bastard and would do pretty much exactly what he has done. With his back ground and the humiliation he's undoubtedly felt while watching the former USSR disintegrate I'm sure he pines for the glory days of the reds. Add to this his obvious thirst for power and the short mans syndrome he suffers from and bingo, you have Vladimir Putin. |
