Taliban leader killed in Chaman |

Naimatullah was an associate of the governor of AfghanistanÂ’s Khost province during the 1996-2001 Taliban regime, AFP reported. A spokesman for local Taliban, Gul Mohammad, said Naimatullah settled in Chaman after the 2001 ouster and was teaching at a madrassa. The SHO said that in another incident, unidentified men stopped a vehicle carrying 15 Uzbek nationals near Zaraband on the Chaman National Highway and killed 2 Uzbeks. |
