Saudi Interior Minister Prince Nayef bin Abdul Aziz, said on Monday that the awarding of a contract to execute a border fence project with Iraq was on the verge of being completed, noting that the project is an effort to prevent terrorist infiltration and smuggling operations between the two countries.
