#14 TW, cold showers. ;-) Zen, Syria is bit shortchanged on "vast quantities of natural gas and that doesn't even begin to include their petroleum reserves". However, spending billions on purchses of Russian Potemkian weaponry does not apparently leave much for improving infrastrucure. |
