HIV Infection: Dubai Men Charged With Raping Expatriate Swiss Boy
2007-10-25
Two Emirati men were charged yesterday at the Dubai Criminal Courts with raping a 15-year-old Franco-Swiss boy who was visiting the country last July.

Defendants Ebrahim K., 18 and Abu Bakr K., 35, denied rape and associated charges of deception, kidnapping and making threats. The first defendant is accused of deceiving the 15-year-old by offering him a lift from the Beach Centre in Jumeirah to his home on July 14. He allegedly led the boy to a car where the second defendant and a third suspect were present, and drove to the desert where the boy was sodomised.

In his testimony to the public prosecution the boy said he was sexually assaulted by the men and left by the side of the road.

According to Yannick Van Der Schueren, reporter for the Swiss 24 Heures newspaper, the boy is currently recovering in Switzerland from his ordeal. His mother, Véronique Robert, a Paris-based freelance journalist, has asked for assistance and intervention from the French government. Forensic tests prove that the boy was sodomised but, according to the mother, the medical examiner said the act was not forced.
How exactly does the ME know that?
She wants more tests performed, according to Van Der Shueren.

Later tests proved one of the defendants is HIV positive and is suffering from hepatitis C. The boy and his family are currently in Switzerland awaiting test results to show if he has contracted HIV or hepatitis.

DubaiÂ’s Attorney General said in a press statement that the Public Prosecution will endeavour to inflict the maximum punishment on the offenders if they are found guilty.

#8  And the "fun" part is there's no charges in the dubai law system for homosexual rape, only "forced homosexuality", which could get the rapists 1 year if I understood the swiss articles correctly, plus the kidnapping.

Also, the authorities affirmed the boy was consenting, despite the heavy criminal record of the trio (including other rapes, theft, assault), and claimed he showed clinical signs of being a regular passive homosexual; hence, he could face jail time too, wasn't he in Switzerland.
Of course, this is a travesty, that's why the mother clamors for more tests, and action from the french governement to have dubai take this seriously.
And the hepatis and aids are a nice touch : those guys most probably were contaminated by bulgarian nurses, there can't be any possible way for such diseases to be gfound in th epure muslim lands.

#7  The boy's first name is Alex, I believe it's very unlikely the father is from dubai or an another arab country.

#6  The boy's mother has a French name. What of the father? It may be that the boy had reason to be in Dubai beyond tourism.

#5  Homosexuality is rampant in all Muslim majority countries. Given that unmarried women are unapproachable, except by permission of parents, sexual frustration is inevitable. Islam is an abomination, and Muslims are carriers of an ideological disease.

#4  They no longer fear Europeans so they have taken to raping European boys. Meet the Morlocks; they are Europe's future.

#3  Unlike Africa, the MME (Muslim Middle East) represents a far more significant intersection of homosexuality, denial, sexual assault and cognitive dissonance. The convergence of these four exceptionally deleterious factors becomes incredibly lethal once AIDS is factored into the equation. I wonder how long it will take for AIDS to spread throughout the MME? I see few, if any, reasons why it should not be equally devastating to both regions.

#2  Actually, I think everyone should visit such a garden spot. Then they should be told "this is what your country will be like when they institute Sharia".
The mother's idiocy was in leaving him alone, rather than with a trusted (and, ideally, armed) bodyguard.

#1  It takes an idiot like a "freelance journalist" to pick such a garden spot for her kid to visit...
