| IDF kills Islamic Jihad member who was setting bomb |

 IDF soldiers opened fire Thursday afternoon at two members of the Islamic Jihad's Al Quds Brigades who were in the act of placing a bomb near the Gaza Strip security fence, killing one. The army said the second man was arrested and transferred to security forces for interrogation. |
