#2 Sea; I think BCAC has not yet shut down the 767 line, but has slowed work until tanker contract is decided. this is to prevent / delay dismantling of tooling and allows them to divert workers to the 787 'travel work' side of the house. i expect that if Airbust wins the tanker contract (whenever the USAF decides to get off their butt and award same) the 767 work will accelerate to fill all orders and free up floor space for the Dreamliner. |
