(KUNA) -- Five Iraqi civilians were killed in a suicide attack in the town of Falluja west of the capital Baghdad, police said on Sunday. The attack took place when a suicide bomber blew himself up where people were celebrating the release of a man from a nearby prison, an Iraqi police source told KUNA. The blast resulted in killing the released person and four others, in addition to injuring ten more, some with severe injuries. The province of Anbar had plunged into violencence since tribes rebelled against al-Qaeda. |
