| Foreigners among 7 militants held from Darra |

| Security forces on Thursday arrested seven suspected militants including four foreigners from Darra Adam Khel and seized a heavy cache of weapons from them, a private television channel reported. According to the channel, security forces raided Toor Chappar area of Darra Adam Khel and arrested the militants. They also seized a missile barrel launcher gun, an anti-aircraft gun and dozens of shells, pistols and bullets, it said. Later, forces shifted the arrested militants to an undisclosed location for interrogation. The channel reported that security forces were informed that militants were hiding in Toor Chappar area and planning attacks on the security forces carrying out an operation in the area. According to the channel, the nationality of the suspected foreign militants could not be confirmed. The channel reported that militants tried to flee but security forces arrested them without allowing them to retaliate. |
