| #1 Damp weather actually inhibits the transmission of flu. Interestingly, right now, the two most problematic strains are the extremely lethal Indonesian strain, that is threatening to go H2H; and the bizarre southern India/Bangladesh strain, that for some reason seems to kill everything *but* people. Either one would be a disaster, the former by killing vast numbers of people, but also the latter, by causing widespread starvation. |
