#1  The other day there was a report on a Baltimore cop who when apes@#$ on a skateboarder. They are a nuissance, but a Youtube vid of the cop reveals that his concern was the boy's lack of respect for him. Contempt of cop isn't a crime. Cops need to perform their crime prevention and law enforcement obligations according to Criminal Code scripts.
