2 ST, 3 MQM-H men shot dead in Karachi
2008-03-17
Two Sunni Tehreek (ST) and three Mohajir Qaumi Movement-Haqiqi (MQM-H) workers were killed here in separate incidents. New Karachi Industrial Area SHO Shahbaz Shah said four armed men fired at Adnan (25), STÂ’s joint unit in-charge, in 5-F, adding that he died on his way to hospital.

Twelve minutes later, Ejaz was fired at in the same area. He died at hospital. The STÂ’s Shahid Ghauri said Ejaz worked for his outfit.

Faisal, 20, was shot by motorcyclists in the Korangi Industrial Area. He also died at hospital. SHO Mukhtiar Ahmed said he couldnÂ’t tell the cause of FaisalÂ’s death. However, the MQM-H Joint Rabita Committee in-charge Akhtar Hussain said Faisal had links with his party. Motorcyclists fired and killed Dilawar and Ahmed Ali in Malir late on Saturday. Hussain also claimed the two to be MQM-H workers.
