A woman in Port St. Lucie faces charges of chasing her fleeing husband around their yard in a minivan, in attempts to drive over him about 20 times.

Their baby, who was in the back seat of the minivan, was buckled up and was not hurt, deputies said.

Deputies said it started over a dispute over $300 on Friday between Leslie Ann Brown and her husband, Nicholas.

Deputies said he tried to stop the vehicle by throwing a brick at the windshield.

The wife has been released on $2,750 bond, charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and child abuse.

#6  rjschwarz, it really does not matter. Hear of a case where a wife stabbed her husband because of wrong potatoes [that he brought from a grocery store].

Another wife dreamed about her husband being with other woman and he woke up, suddenly, with a black eye.

I can be anything, anywhere, anytime.
ed is right. Trust, but plan for contingencies. ;-)

#5  Wonder what he did with the $300 that got her so mad?

Wonder if she'll have any dating success on match.com when she's single and this story is floating around.

#3  The clear lesson here, gentlemen, is never fight with your best beloved when she's behind the wheel or holding a frying pan. ;-)

#2  There was a reason that the (East Coast) Indians gave prisoners to the women for torture. And it wasn't out of kindness.

#1  A friend who used to run a cake shop told me that whenever he saw men leaving marriages, the cakes would always have broken handcuffs, open jail doors, and other themes of freedom. The women's cakes had stakes through the hearts of men, eviscerated men, and otherwise represented extreme vindictiveness.
