| Man kills mother for allowing his sister to convert |

| A Christian man, Shahbaz, killed his mother on Tuesday in Kachhi Abaadi Shah Noor in Iqbal Town, after she supported his sister in converting to Islam and marrying a Muslim man. Iqbal Town police said Shahbaz killed his mother, Naziran Bibi, for supporting his sister, Nusrat Bibi, to marry a Muslim man in Multan. When Naziran returned from Multan On Tuesday, Shahbaz argued with her over his sisterÂ’s conversion and shot her dead. The police sent the body for autopsy and registered a case on the complaint of ShahbazÂ’s other sister, Bushra. |
