| #2 Perhaps he to arrange how much of a 'cut' the Junta gets off the top (after the UN takes its own cut of course). |

| #1 And if the junta generals ignore him or don't immediately let the aid in to the people, he will write a STRONGLY worded report when he gets back. In the meantime, he will probably eat at 5 star restaurants while in Burma. |
