| #1 just from reading the WND article (hardly unbiased) its pretty clear the guy runnning the petition drive has no idea if the signatories are actually scientists with Phds. Its also clear that in his accompanying letter, he said some not quite correct things - Kyoto doesnt "ration energy" it places limits on GHG emissions, not the same thing at all. |
