| #8 An aspect that I've not seen mentioned is the fact oil companies that drill within the 200 Exclusive Economic Zone must lease drilling rights from Uncle Sam. This arrangement has the potential to not only boost production, but to oil and gas royalties to the US government. |

| #4 Where do I sign a petition to reject these 2 candidates and select 2 more, preferably 2 with enough intelligence to actually deal with the problems. Am I suggesting that McCain and Obama are just pea brained ? I sure am. |
