MADRID - Spanish police on Monday arrested three Algerian-born men suspected of belonging to a network financing Al-Qaeda-linked terrorist groups, the Interior Ministry said. Two of the men were arrested near the southern town of Huelva while the other was picked up in Azkoitia in the northern Basque country.The men are accused of sending money since 2001 to terrorist organisations "directly" linked to Al Qaeda, the ministry said. The arrests are part of a three-year investigation by Madrid anti-terrorist judge Ismael Moreno
