The city police on Saturday foiled a major terror plot and seized a powerful Russian-made explosive device planted in a motorbike at Mezan Chowk, police said. The motorbike was parked in front of Baldia Plaza at the heart of the city's commercial centre and the explosion could have caused harm to life and property.
