| #1 You can declare a state of emergency. My father was a policeman in CA when the earthquake hit the Bay Area in 89. They declared a state of emergency then, he said you don't have to file any reports, just get the shotgun out and start lighting em up. That would prolly quiet things down in Chi-town fairly quick. |
