(VOI) - Police forces on Thursday arrested four suspected gunmen and found weapons in central Nassiriya, the media spokesman for the Thi-Qar police department said. "The forces waged a crackdown operation in al-Sharqiya region in central Nassiriya, where they arrested four suspected gunmen and found ten Kalashnikovs and an anti-bullet shield," Major Nasser al-Magedi told Aswat al-Iraq - Voices of Iraq - (VOI). "The operation was implemented without casualties among the forces," he added, giving no further details.
