| Animal Rights Extremists Firebomb Houses And Cars |

| The devices used in two firebombings targeting UC Santa Cruz biologists are similar to some used in the past by animal rights activists, investigators said Sunday. The bombs were so powerful they were like "Molotov cocktails on steroids," said Santa Cruz police Capt. Steve Clark. One struck the home of assistant biology Professor David Feldheim on Saturday morning, forcing him to flee with his family. The other exploded just a few minutes earlier, gutting a car parked outside the campus home of a second researcher. Later, Santa Cruz County sheriff's deputies went to the home of a third researcher who received a threatening telephone message, but officers found no explosives. |

| #7 You guys are all thinking emotionally. This guys should be taken alive and used for medical tests. If they survive the tests then the tests can go onto human clinical trials. If they don't survive the tests they'll die knowing they prevented worthy lives from being lost and maybe saved an animal in the process. |

| #6 I would seriously consider buying a short barreled, high capacity shotgun with a pistol grip, carry it wherever you go, sleep with it under your pillow. These people are psychopaths, their unreasoned hatred of our society has justified the killing of an entire family in their deranged minds. Human life is totally berift of value to them, I can't think of a more dangerous type of a person. |

| #3 Issue every person that attends UC Santa Cruz a concealed-carry permit, take 'em all to the firing range and give them enough practice they can hit what they aim at, and publicize it widely on the web, in local newspapers, and over the television/radio. It won't happen again. |
