El Salvador reduces Iraq troop numbers |
2008-08-10 |
El Salvador is again reducing its troop numbers in Iraq. When the army began sending contingents in 2003, 380 soldiers served six-month humanitarian and reconstruction-work stints. Saca says he's committed to staying in Iraq, where El Salvador is the only Latin American country with troops.
