(AKI) - Iraqi police say that four people were killed and six others were wounded in a car bomb attack in the northwestern city of Tikrit on Tuesday.The car bomb exploded at a government office in Tikrit. Three of the victims were police. Media reports said the attack was believed to have been aimed at the director of the provincial health office, Hassan Zen al-abdeen who is a member of the Supreme Iraqi Islamic Council. He was not in the building at the time of the attack.
