| Northeast India to Boost Intelligence |

| NEW DELHI - The police chiefs of the eight northeastern states have suggested setting up an intelligence coordination group for the region to counter terrorism and insurgency. Home Secretary Madhukar Gupta and the director generals of police (DGPs) of the eight states on Wednesday held a meeting to review the security scenario in the northeast in the wake of the synchronised blasts in Assam on October 30. Gupta said: “Currently a specific strategy was followed for Assam, another for Manipur and Nagaland. Generically we have to do certain things commonly.” |

| #3 OP, the Indian muslim that I know (obviously anecdotal evidence) can't stand the Pak's. Not all who are nominally muslim in India support India's enemies. |

| #2 India is in an untenable position, surrounded by enemies - Bangladesh, Pakistan, and China, with Burma possibly being a surrogate for China. India needs to develop its own resources, get its people involved in general prosperity, and build a first-class military. It's going to have to fight a three- or four-front war the next time Pakistan decides to be adventurous. When they do, India needs to expel ALL its muslims into Pakistan, which would totally destroy that "nation"'s economy and culture. Sealing the border with Bangladesh would cause the collapse of that muslim mini-state, as Bangladesh has a hard time feeding its own people, and has no resources or major industry to maintain an economy. |
