| Jirga hands over 40 militants to political admin |

| KHAR: A tribal jirga on Thursday handed over 30 captured militants to the political administration according to the peace deal. Grand jirga was held between political administration and tribes of Bajaur Agency in Tehsil Headquarter Khar where it was decided that no militant would be given shelter in the area. While the peace accord would be fully respected by each party. One more jirga will be held on Monday in Khar to decide future course of action. On the other hand, two Afghan nationals were killed when a bomb they were trying to make went off in Mamond tehsil. |
