| [Geo News] Lahore police claimed to have arrested a 13-member robbers' gang and recovered the looted valuables, and cash from its possession. Sheikk Naeem gang was wanted by police in 127 cases of robberies, bank dacoities, kidnap for ransom and car snatching, Capital City Police Officer Pervaiz Rathore told at a press conference on Wednesday. He said that 13 members of this gang were detained in raids conducted in different parts of the city. The CCPO said that dacoit Basharat, who was allegedly involved in Mall Road robbery, was also arrested. The police also seized a large quantity of Kalashnikovs, hand grenades and advanced weapons, he said. |
